Marketism/negative obligation

A negative obligation is an obligation not to take certain actions.

Marketists believe that negative obligations are the only obligations which exist without being agreed to – and they all seem to be corollaries of one edict – don't initiate violence – but since their definition of violence includes both violent threats and violation of property rights, it's actually more complicated than just "don't hurt people" and includes things like "don't take, or threaten to take, other people's possessions without permission", "don't enter, or threaten to enter, other people's property without permission".
