It should be noted that the Republicans rarely if ever attack Obama on any of the several points where he is actually culpable for violations of his duty; one can only presume that this is because they support his actions in those areas, and are not just attacking him but are also providing supporting cover for those questionable actions they do support.
These include:
- increased surveillance of private citizens
- increased government secrecy
- human rights abuses
