Dominionism

Dominionism isolates its followers from the ideas of greater society by teaching them that most media (with the exception of right-wing propaganda outlets such as Fox News) represents "Hollywood", which is possessed by "Satan" (see Google or any other search engine).

Example

How Satan Controls The World: As is typical with wingnut claims, they start with a claim that is more or less true: "The sinister global elite have all the money and own all the television networks, Hollywood studios, mainstream news outlets, and the music and video game industries." – but the site then goes on to imply that said elite are controlled by Satan: "Remember, Satan is the god of this world (2nd Corinthians 4:4), and as such he needs a way to control the world. This is accomplished by a pyramid of power, a chain of command flowing from the tiny elite top level down to the widespread pawns on the bottom."
