I bring this up here because this is where automobile fans (who tend to be more Right-leaning) and environmental fans (who tend to be more Left-leaning) can be in agreement: EVs are a positive thing for all of us.

A thing I only found out because of this article: Shell Oil is moving away from gas-stations and towards EV charging. They announced it in March. (Maybe they'll start to be less evil now, and I can stop boycotting them at some point?)
